Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our delicious honey and peanut butter! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Returns and Refunds:

  • Generally, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind.
  • Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
    • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., broken jar, leaking container), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
    • Spoiled Products: If you receive a product that is spoiled (e.g., mold growth, off smell) before its expected expiry date, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
    • Order Errors: If we have made an error with your order (e.g., sent the wrong products), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Partial Returns:

  • Unopened Products: If you wish to return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for any reason, we may accept the return with a 20% restocking fee to cover handling costs.

Alternative Solutions:

  • Store Credit: We offer store credit for returned products, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Product Exchange: We may allow you to exchange returned products for different products of equal or higher value.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged or spoiled product, or an order error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
